ANALYSIS
Estimate Preparation
Our estimates are written to be audited. Every quantity traces to a measurement in the documentation set, every assumption is stated on the face of the estimate, and every price is tied to a database, region, and effective date.
Scope is developed from the documented damage and applicable repair standards — including code-required upgrades, manufacturer installation requirements, and industry practice for like-kind restoration. Where scope depends on a factual assumption, we present it as an itemized alternative rather than burying it.
The deliverable is a repair estimate that can be handed to a contractor, an appraisal panel, or an opposing expert and read the same way by all three.
