Appraisal works when both appraisers can show their work. We serve as party appraiser or umpire with a methodology stated up front: how damage was verified, how quantities were derived, and how pricing was established.
Awards are supported by itemized documentation rather than a single figure, which shortens panel deliberation and reduces the likelihood of post-award dispute. Conflict checks are completed before engagement, and prior-relationship disclosures are made in writing.
